Here you can find the General Terms and Conditions (“ToC”) for using Trexpense (“App”). The app is provided by Stefan Galler (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you (“User”) agree to these terms.

Trexpense is an app for tracking travel expenses and analyzing these expenses. The app is under ongoing development. Functions can change, be added or removed.

Privacy

Only data that is necessary for using the app is stored in the app. There is the option of linking your data to an account. This involves authentication with Google or Apple. If necessary, data can also be stored online by your own decision. Third parties are used for this purpose.

Updates

The app is under constant development. This may result in functions being changed, added or removed. We assume no responsibility for incorrect behavior of the app. However, we will endeavor to fix errors and respond to requests.

Errors and unexpected behavior are not grounds for premature termination of an in-app purchase. In the event of unexpected behavior, please contact us so that we can work on a bug fix.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit the further development of the app in the future and reduce it to bug fixes. We also reserve the right to phase out support for older devices. This can be the case in particular if the device manufacturers no longer provide updates to the operating system and functions that serve to further develop the app are no longer supported.

User accounts

To use Trexpense Cloud, it is necessary to create a user account (“account”). This is used to be able to identify the user’s data. The account can be deleted at any time from within the app.

Content

With Trexpense Cloud Duo and Trexpense Cloud Group subscriptions, it is possible to share content with other users. This content may only be used for the purpose of recording travel expenses. Any other use is not permitted. We assume no liability for inappropriate or illegal use of the app. The user is solely responsible for the content created.

We reserve the right to delete user accounts and content if we have identified inappropriate or illegal activities.

Subscriptions and purchases

In order to unlock additional functions of the app, it is possible for the user to make one time purchases and subscriptions in the app.

Purchases and subscriptions are handled and manged by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store (“Stores”). Prices may vary depending on the date, country, taxes, etc.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed if they are not canceled. The notice periods of the respective store apply. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled using the functions offered by the stores.

Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP. USE IS AT THE USER’S OWN RISK.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be amended in the future. A current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on our website and in the app.
